Summer Sermon Series: “Dive In”

The “Dive In” sermon series invites you to explore God’s providence through water. Each week, we’ll explore how water symbolizes purification and God’s presence amid challenges. Just as Noah built an ark and navigated floodwaters, we’re encouraged to dive into our spiritual journeys with courage, faith, and obedience. Join us to deepen your faith and connection with God through these timeless tales of healing and renewal.

June 23 – “Dive In: The Floodwaters”

Scripture: Genesis 6:9-13, 17-22 (Noah’s Ark)

This message explores God’s covenant with Noah, emphasizing faith amidst destruction and the promise of protection and renewal.

June 30 – “Dive In: Scuba ”

The service is designed to celebrate VBS 2024 “Scuba” with songs, lessons, and testimonials. Come to dive into friendship with God. Following the worship, we will have fun fellowship with “sea” themed snacks in the Fellowship Hall and take down VBS decorations downstairs.

July 7 – “Dive In: The Jordan River” (Communion Sunday)

Scripture: 2 Kings 5:1-14 (Naaman’s Cleansing)

This message explores the profound healing through faith and obedience in Naaman’s story.

July 14 – “Dive In: The Life-giving Water”

Scripture: Ezekiel 47:1-12

The life-giving river symbolizes God’s abundant provision and transformative power, offering healing and spiritual renewal. As called disciples of Jesus Christ, let us immerse ourselves in this life-giving water that transforms us and the world.
