Miracles Everywhere

This November, Wesley invites all to our meditations on discipleship through stewardship, as we listen to the stories of Jesus’ miracles. Originally designed by the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, the series will help us to see what God can do through people, and what we can do with God. Miracles are everywhere. We can be one for others, too!

Each of the four weeks, we will also have a stewardship moment, introducing Wesley’s local partners in mission. Join us in the stories as the pastor interviews local non-profit organizations that Wesley works with. We make miracles together.

November 1 – “Great Catch”

All Saints’ Sunday / Holy Communion will be shared

Have you ever felt like God didn’t step in and help? Maybe you prayed and it seemed as though God was silent. Maybe you experienced tragedy or loss. What do we do then?

November 8 – “When the Miracle Doesn’t Happen”

Great things happen when God’s people work together. While you may feel isolated or alone; remember that God is present and works through friends, congregations and communities. To get unstuck, you might just need 4 friends to help.

November 15 – “Unstuck Together”

Great things happen when God’s people work together. While you may feel isolated or alone; remember that God is present and works through friends, congregations and communities. To get unstuck, you might just need 4 friends to help.

November 22 – “Everyone Has a Gift”

Thanksgiving Sunday / Blessing of Stewardship

God can provide from the most ordinary places. God used one boy’s lunch to feed thousands. Each one of us has a small gift that we can offer. Together, God multiplies our gifts and performs miracles.

This week we will pray for our stewardship commitment for 2021. If you are interested in making the commitment through our secured online form, please click HERE.
