In Gospels, Jesus speaks about himself, using a particular Greek phrase “ἐγώ εἰμι (ego eimi – means “I Am”).”
Who does Jesus says he is? More importantly, who do we say Jesus is to us? This Lent, let us talk about Jesus. That will tell us who we are to God and Jesus, too.

John 14:6 is probably the one verse that has made one of the greatest controversies in the church’s history. Jesus is the only way. There’s no other way to salvation except through him. What does that mean?
Text is clothed with life when it is read in the light of its context. Reading John 14:6 in its background can tell us far much more about God’s love and the way of discipleship.
