God is looking for those with whom He can do the impossible
I am guilty of this! I take on too much without tapping into resources that could help me whether it is friends, family, church leaders or something else. I hardly ever make New Year’s resolutions, but this year I have made a promise to myself. I want to include as many folks as possible in as many areas of my life as I possibly can. I hope to have more family get-togethers where I’m not doing it all. I want to expand ministry with children and youth and I know I don’t have all the answers, so I will include as many folks as are interested in sharing their faith with our younger church folks. I hope to be a better neighbor to those on my street. Maybe this year we’ll have that community gathering I’ve been dreaming of. God has so much more in-store for our lives, families, church, career and future. We need each other to make God’s vision a reality. I think the key is to realize this world IS God’s vision. It is God’s and God needs us to transform this world through Him. We can’t go it alone. With God, all things are possible.
